This beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Javea is a perfect location for a relaxing holiday close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities. The apartment is just 200m from the Arenal beach and your choice of restaurants, bars and coffee shops is amazing and all within easy walking distance.

Javea is a beautiful cosmopolitan resort. It appeals to families and is a great place to holiday. The selection of restaurants is amazing to suit all pockets and it covers all tastes from fabulous steaks and ribs, to chinese, Indian, Spanish Tapas all kinds of great restaurants, it really is a fabulous location and this apartment is 200m away from such a wide choice and a fabulous sandy beach.

There are also several excellent restaurants within the grounds of the Plaza too, along with a hairdressers / beautician and dentist.

A car is not necessary as the apartment is so close to all restaurants. However the apartment has 1 parking space permit close to the apartment. A car gives you the chance to visit Denia, Moraira, Altea and Calpe all within an hours or less drive.

There are three fabulous restaurants and a coffee shop within the plaza where the apartment is located, so a simple trip downstairs.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of a quiet area of Javea. There are steps up to the apartment (1 floor).

On entering the apartment you will see how light and modern this beautiful apartment is. Walking through the hall you access the living room to your left. This is a lovely homely space, light and comfortable living room it has a flat screen TV with access to lots of different channels in many different langages. There is the all important wifi (100mb) too in the apartment.

Patio doors from the living room lead to the dining area, over looking the side of the apartments.

Opposite the living / dining room across the hall is the kitchen it is light and modern, well equipped with full oven and hob extractor fan, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and ironing facilities. It has all the utensils and cooking facilities you could need.

From the kitchen there is a good size patio over looking the plaza. Here you will find new dining table and chairs. A plancha is provided for your al fresco cooking / dining. A plancha is a large electric hotplate for al fresco cooking, much like a BBQ. The terrace has had artificial grass laid and is a great place to sit /dine in the heat of the sun or in the warm evenings. A fabulous place to relax and unwind whilst enjoying your favourite glass or two.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and fitted wardrobes with the all important air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, again with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning.

Both bedrooms are modern with quality bedding and towels provided, lovely lamps and a real home from home.

The bathroom again is modern and light with a good size walk in shower, wc and vanity unit and mirror.

This apartment would perfectly suit one or two couples or a small family who want to be close to bars, restaurants and the beach. It is modern, light, well furnished and perfectly maintained. It is cleaned to the highest standard.

This beautiful apartment is a perfect location for a fantastic holiday.

Javea is truly a beautiful gem on the Costa Blanca. Its a great place for families or couples with the beautiful sandy beach edged by some fabulous restaurants and all just 200m from your apartment.
