• The price quoted is to rent the villa for one week - (not per person)
• A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking
• Full Payment is required if there is less than 10 weeks to your departure including the breakage deposit.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
Your breakage deposit will be required 2 weeks before arrival. But for your convenience you can send with your full payment if you wish. This will be held for the duration of the letting period and returned to you, once the keys have been returned to the key safe and the villa has been checked. We also reserve the right to withhold the breakage deposit if any major damage has occurred. The party leader on behalf of all guests accepts our terms and conditions as indicated on on this website.
