This beautiful spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool, air con in all the bedrooms, wifi, games room with pool table as well as table tennis table outside, BBQ and al fresco dining has everything to keep any family happy.
The villa is situated just outside the popular coastal resort of Moraira and just a few minutes from the Ifach golf course, so ideal for a golfing family or a family who want to be close to the beach, which is just 5 minutes by car.
The villa is very spacious it consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 with en suite bathrooms and 2 further bathrooms one for each of the other bedrooms set out over 2 floors, the lower floor a mirror image of the upper floor.
On entering the villa there is a beautiful open plan living / dining room with kitchen.
The living room is light and spacious with comfortable seating, there is a 50 inch flat screen TV along with dvd player and wifi. There is an elegant dining area along with patio doors leading to an upper terrace with further easy seating over looking the pool and the garden.
The kitchen is well equipped including oven, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher. It is light and modern and has all you would need. There is a utility room along side the kitchen complete with washing machine and ironing facilities.
On this floor there is a spacious master bedroom over looking the pool and garden area. It has a super king size bed (6 foot) ample storage, air conditioning and is very spacious. There is a modern en suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, vanity unit and wc.

On the same floor there is a further double bedroom again with a view of the pool, air conditioning and ample storage. Both rooms are light and modern.

The villa is spacious and homely, but stylish and comfortable too. It is perfect for 2 families of 4 to holiday together but each family can have their own floor for sleeping, therefore offering a little privacy to each.
