Casa Surya meaning the God of sun, warmth and light.
This beautiful spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa is located on the prestigious La Sella Hotel, Spa and Golf resort. Just a few minutes walk from the mini market, pharmacy, tennis courts and the highly recommended family run Giramondos bar / restaurant.
2020 is the first year for renting this lovely property, in the past it has been the holiday home of the owners. The owners have gone to great expense this year adding 4 new single beds and mattresses, all new bedding and towels, new large gas BBQ. The sun loungers are all new, as is the al fresco dining table & chairs. Both parasols are also new and all are of considerable quality. One of the parasols even has lights for the evening. No expense has been spared on this really beautiful villa. The villa has been painted throughout so is perfectly maintained for guests.
The villa sits in large fully enclosed garden, with larger than average swimming pool being 4 m x 10 m surrounded by a large terrace and well maintained garden. There is a casita by the pool with wc and showing facilities. Sun loungers are new, as is the parasol and the lovely day bed in the corner of the terrace is an ideal place to chill.
The villa is on one level as is much of the garden although there are steps leading down to the pool area. The garden is very spacious and plenty of room to enjoy a little peace away from the pool area, if you so wish.
On entering the villa several steps you will find the naya (covered terrace) with a beautiful modern and quality dining table and chairs for 6 people, over looking the swimming pool and terrace. The owners have added subtle lighting to the naya to create a lovely atmosphere when dining in the evenings. There are also wall lights, for your safety when returning home late at night.
Walking through the patio doors you enter the open plan kitchen / diner and living room.
The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine is in the family bathroom. The kitchen is modern and further storage has been added with open shelving for the extensive glasses and crockery provided. There is air conditioning in this room.
The living room off the dining area is light, spacious, modern and very stylish with large comfortable sofas and flat screen TV. There are patio doors leading from the stylish living room onto a lovely terrace with beautiful palm tree and bougainvillea. Here you will find a sofa, chairs and coffee table complete with parasol. A lovely area for an evening drink before dining or a quiet place away from the pool to enjoy your book. Whatever you chose to use this area for it is a lovely area.
From the living room you take a couple of steps down to one of the three spacious bedrooms in this lovely villa. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and has twin beds which can also be prepared as a super king size bed, if preferred (please state when booking).
The bedroom benefits from the all important air conditioning for a good nights sleep. The beds and bedding are new for 2020. There is ample storage space and this bedroom over looks the pool area.
The ensuite to this bedroom has vanity unit, wc, bath with over head shower, it is modern, light and spacious.
At the other side of the villa off the kitchen / dining area there is a small hall with a further two spacious bedrooms, both have air conditioning installed. To the right is a spacious double room over looking the rear garden. There are built in wardrobes, so ample storage, complete with safe.
This bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room with vanity unit, wc, bidet and shower cubicle. Again it is modern and light.
The third bedroom is across the hall and again is spacious with air con and over looks the pool area. This room has new twin beds and ample storage.
There is a family shower room between these bedrooms with large vanity for storage, wc, bidet, shower cubicle and here you will find the all important washing machine.
This beautiful villa is spacious, set in large fully enclosed, well maintained garden. It has off road parking behind large gates for several cars. The larger than average pool is surrounded by terracing with new sun loungers and parasols for 2020. There is a lovely day bed on which to relax while watching the kids have fun in the pool.
All the windows in the villa have rejas (traditional metal railing) adding extra security if you like open windows for air flow, most have fly screens too.
The villa also benefits from the all important wifi.
This villa has everything you could need for a fabulous family holiday. I am confident that Casa Surya will become a firm favourite with our guests and I know many will wish to return year after year.

This beautiful is set on a hillside enjoying spectacular views all the way down the valley, including the sea of Denia. Both Javea and Denia are within very easy reach being approx 10 to 15 minutes drive away.
The private pool and terrace area are wonderful, not only are they private but very peaceful and the view is amazing. You will have no problem relaxing here and we are confident you will not be disappointed. The pool was re grouted 2 years ago and is always in perfect condition and sparkles.
A great deal of care has been taken to ensure that this villa is like a home from home with many extras, uncommon with many other villas. Little things like wooden hangers in all wardrobe and plenty of them, lanterns for outside, a cool box for the beach or picnic away from the villa. Cushions for the loungers, pool towels, parasols, outside fridge, a hairdryer in every bedroom.
On entering the living / dining room it is all open plan and we have opted for a black, silver and cream colour co ordinated interior. The sofa and curtains were new for 2018 and are stylish and comfortable. The furniture is wrought iron and glass. There is a 42 inch flat screen TV (Sky free to view), blue ray player, a blu tooth speaker and of course the all important wifi. There are two ceiling fans in the living room helping to keep the room cool even in the height of the summer.
The villa has many traditional features such as a beamed living room / dining room ceiling. The living area has lot of windows with panoramic views down the valley towards the sea, it is a truly wonderful view.
The villa is situated on 2 levels, the pool level comprises of the living room / dining, kitchen, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms ( double and twin), although if only 2 guests the twin can be made up as a super king size bed.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob (new for 2018), fridge freezer and built in dishwasher. It is well equipped with kettle, toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee machine in fact everything you would need. Including with a great supply of glasses for all type of drinks. Including acrylic glasses for by the pool too.
The two upstairs bedrooms both overlook the swimming pool. Both are modern and stylishly, furnished with comfortable beds, new furniture for 2018, ample storage with wardrobes and drawers, both benefit from air conditioning, both have traditional rejas on the windows and fly screens.
There is also a safe deposit to ensure you valuables are safe if you are out and about. Each person has 2 pillows each, beds & pillows have protectors and quality linen & towels are provided.
The upstairs bathroom is tiled in traditional Javea Tosca tiles and is modern and stunning. There is a large walk in shower with marble mosaic tiles on the floor, large shower screen a wc and vanity unit, the bathroom is modern and light.
On leaving the villa taking the external steps to the bedroom suite. This bedroom is a large room with 4 poster bed, ample storage. Again air conditioning. All windows with rejas and fly screens. There is a comfortable sofa for 2 people and a further TV and DVD player. A selection of books and dvd are in the villa for guests use.
This room has a large en suite shower room, again a stunning bathroom with large walk in shower with decorative pebbles on the floor of the shower, Large glass shower screen,wc and vanity unit. Again very modern and stylish, no expense was spared on these bathrooms.
There is a further room off this room with small kitchenette area with kettle and toaster plus a further fridge freezer, here you will find the all important washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron too.
The terraces are private and in full sun all day, until the sun goes down. 6 sun loungers have been provided along with 3 new parasol this season, cushions for the loungers are provided as are pool towels for guests use.
There is a charcoal BBQ built in a Spanish style with an outside “beer” fridge so not far to walk for a cold drink. We have also provided a gas BBQ for those who prefer gas. For those who like to cook paella at home, paella making facilities are also provided.
There is an outside sofa area so you can relax and chill while admiring the fabulous view by day or by night. The villa has outside lighting to allow you to enjoy the warm summer evenings. The pool is also lit at night.
A gazebo has been provided over the outside dining and positioned over looking the pool, to give maximum shade for dining. The sun is on this villa all day, so a little rest bite from the sun is often needed when dining al fresco. The gazebo has curtains to offer a lovely ambience. Outside lighting is provided too to add to the dining at home experience. The outside dining table and chairs are comfortable and stylish.
A cot and highchair available if required (new and well maintained). A safe has also been installed in the villa for your use, each bedroom has a hairdryer and quality beach towels are provided for use around the pool. There is a cool boxes to take to the beach and several beach parasols for you to use.
Denia and Javea are the closest beach resorts, being no more than 10 to 15 minutes drive away from the villa. Also minutes away from the villa is the local typically Spanish town of Pedreguer and Gata de Gorgos. Their streets are narrow and have a variety of shops, bars and large supermarkets. They are charming towns and are well worth exploring.
Close to the villa are a number of restaurants, if you do not want to spend your evenings dining beside the pool and admiring the views.There is a massive choice of restaurants in the area plus Denia and Javea are so close by, there is a wide variety of superb restaurants in the area and all are excellent places to visit.
You will not be bored with this beautiful area. This villa offers you the freedom and choice to enjoy the tranquillity afforded by the peaceful location of this excellent villa or you can take a drive out and enjoy all the area has to offer.
