This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is located on the prestigious La Sella urbanisation.
The villa is situated on a flat plot but with the added benefit of stunning views of the Montgo Mountain, the Mediterranean Sea and La Sella Golf course. The garden is fully enclosed with automatic gates and is perfectly maintained.

The dining area is also comfortable and stylish and the table seats 6 people.
Patio doors lead from the living room to the solarium or glazed naya, where again you will find comfortable and modern seating. A perfect place to relax and read while enjoying the views of the pool and terrace or enjoying the sunset with a glass of your favourite drink.
Patio doors lead from the solarium to a spacious terrace complete with your very own private 11m x 5m (larger than average) swimming pool.
The terrace is spacious and beautiful outdoor furniture has been provided, along with 6 sun loungers. There is a summer kitchen complete with gas BBQ perfect for preparing al fresco meals and dining by the pool. There is also an outside shower and wc.
Back inside on this level you will find the fully fitted and modern kitchen, with oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a utility room off the kitchen where you will find the washing machine and dryer.
On the ground floor you will also find the master bedroom with king size bed, again very modern and stylish. The bedroom benefits from the all important air conditioning.
There are patio doors leading from the bedroom to the pool area. There is ample storage in the large built in wardrobes and full en suite bathroom comprising of corner bath, separate shower cubicle and double vanity unit.
Taking the stairs to the first floor there are two more beautiful bedrooms both with queen size beds, both benefiting from air conditioning, both with large built in wardrobe so lots of storage.
One of these rooms has patio doors leading to a large open terrace with open pergola, sun loungers with amazing 360 deg views of the surrounding mountains and the mediterranean sea.
The second of the two upstairs bedrooms is slightly larger with pool and mountain views.
This floor also has a modern and light bathroom shared by both bedrooms with vanity units, shower cubicle, bath and wc.
Quality bedding and towels are provided and all are laundered professionally. The villa is cleaned to the highest standard, so it in perfect condition for your arrival, so all you have to do is simply unpack and relax.
The garden benefits from being on one level, fully enclosed and has full sun all day throughout the year. There is plenty of parking space for several cars behind the electric gates.
The villa also has a garage and a jacuzzi but these are NOT for guests use.
The villa is close to the beautiful coastal and cosmopolitan resorts of Denia and Javea. Denia being approx. 10 to 15 minutes by car. The beautiful resort of Javea is just 15 to 20 minutes by car so a perfect location for a peaceful relaxing holiday, but not far from the busier resorts.
There is an excellent bar / restaurant on La Sella, mini market, pharmacy, horse riding and tennis courts. Another fabulous restaurant just outside La Sella and of course there is a restaurant in the new hotel at the entrance to la Sella too.
There is a large supermarket in La Xara and Pedreguer so only 5 or so minutes by car.
In Javea and Denia you will find many large super markets Mercadona, Masymas, Lidl and Aldi. There is also the Marina Alta shopping centre less than 10 minutes from the villa with Carrefour and lots of beautiful shops to browse.
Fish can be bought straight off the boat in both Javea and Denia fish market at the end of the day.
Both Denia and Javea are family resorts, both have some amazing restaurants and bars, beautiful beaches and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We are confident you will fall in love with the area.
There are so many fabulous restaurants to visit in this area to accommodate all tastes and budgets, from Michelin star restaurants to fantastic restaurants offering great value menu of the day or of course a la cart menus. There is a restaurant to suit everyone, you will be spoilt for choice.
